When requesting a banner to be made, we would like for you to use the following format:

Who: (who you want to create it, if you don't care, disregard this one)

*Background: (whether it may be your favorite color, a certain object, a person, etc. If you have an exact picture you want us to use, you can post a link)

*Text: (Put what you would like it to say here)

*Font/Text style/Position: (if you are picky, put what you want here. If you don't care one way or another, just tell us)

*Effect: (yes or no - if yes, which ones)

*Availability: (How soon you want it)

*Email: (So we can send you the code)

* means they are required
